Shareholders
EPI Europrop International GmbH is a joint company formed
by the four leading European aero engine companies (Industria de Turbo
Propulsores, MTU Aero Engines, Rolls-Royce and Snecma) to manage the TP400-D6
engine programme.

ITP
ITP Group, owned jointly by Sener Aeronáutica (53,125%) and
Rolls-Royce (46,875%), is responsible for the engineering,
research and development, manufacturing assembly and test of gas
turbines for aeronautical and industrial applications. ITP is
also involved in the maintenance of gas turbines and leasing and
trading of engines. It is also an authorised service centre for
most turbine manufacturers currently in the market and has a
production capability of over 400 engines per year. ITP has 11
work centers in Spain, United Kingdom, Mexico and the USA with a
total workforce of over 2,200 people.

MTU Aero Engines
The MTU Aero Engines group engages in the development,
manufacturing, sales and support of commercial and military
aircraft engines. It is Germany's leading engine manufacturer,
cooperating with the world's major engine makers. Its historical
roots go back to the beginning of powered flight in the early
years of the last century. MTU with its global network is the
world's largest independent provider of commercial engine
maintenance services. The company is working in numerous
national and European technology programs and has established a
leading position at the forefront of engine technology.

Rolls-Royce
Rolls-Royce the world-leading provider of power systems and
services for use on land, at sea and in the air, operates in
four global markets – civil aerospace, defence aerospace,
marine and energy. Rolls-Royce has a broad customer base
comprising 600 airlines, 4,000 corporate and utility aircraft
and helicopter operators, 160 armed forces and more than 2,000
marine customers, including 70 navies. The company has energy
customers in 120 countries.

Snecma
Snecma, SAFRAN group, is one of the world's leading manufacturers of aircraft and space engines, with a wide range of propulsion systems on offer. The company designs and builds commercial aircraft engines that are powerful, reliable, economical and environmentally friendly, along with military aircraft engines that have always delivered world-class performance. Snecma develops and produces propulsion systems and equipment for launch vehicles and satellites. In 2007, Snecma posted consolidated sales of 4.072 billion Euros. CFM56 engines are produced and marketed by CFM International, a 50/50 joint company between General Electric and
Snecma.
